Train with the support of a small group and the focused guidance of a coach. Each 45-minute session is built around strength-based programming, proper form, and progression.

  • Membership Cancellations

    • All memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew every 30 days.

    • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel a subscription.

    • You are welcome to pause your membership with notice if you’re traveling or dealing with life’s curveballs—we’re flexible, just communicate with us.

    • Prepaid 3- and 6-month commitment plans are non-refundable.

    Session Cancellations

    • Please cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your session to retain your session credit.

    • Late cancellations (under 6 hours) and no-shows will result in a lost session.

    • This policy helps us honor the small-group format and ensure everyone gets the best experience possible.
