Small Group Strength Training

Sessions are semi-private with a maximum of 6 people per session.

This allows for individualized coaching, form correction, and structured strength training while working in a small group setting.

12-Month Unlimited Membership

Unlimited small group strength training sessions.

Billed monthly. Requires a 12-month commitment and renews annually unless cancelled before renewal.

Unlimited Month to Month

Unlimited small group strength training sessions.

Billed monthly. Renews every 30 days unless cancelled before renewal.

8 Sessions Month to Month

Great if you train 2x/week.

  • This is a structured strength program.

  • Workouts repeat for 3 weeks so you build strength, not just sweat.

  • Every exercise is intentionally sequenced.

  • Small groups (max 6) means real coaching.

  • Printed programs = track progress + stay consistent.

Cancellation Policies

Membership Cancellations

  • All memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew every 30 days (month to month memberships) or every year (12-month membership).

  • Subscription plans must be honored for the full term selected.

  • If you anticipate travel, schedule changes, or inconsistent availability, please choose a non-subscription option.

  • Subscription plans cannot be refunded or canceled early.

  • Members may pause their membership for $25 per month. Maximum hold is 2 months per year. Contact us to pause your membership.

Session Cancellations

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your session to retain your session credit.

  • Late cancellations (under 6 hours) and no-shows will result in a lost session.

  • This policy helps us honor the small-group format and ensure everyone gets the best experience possible.
