Cancellation & Expiration Policy
We’re committed to giving you the best support—and we ask the same in return. Here’s what to know:
Cancellations:
Every package includes 1 free late cancellation
After that, any session canceled with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee
No-shows or late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be counted as a missed session
Session Expiration:
12-session packages expire in 6 months
6-session packages expire in 6 weeks
4-session starter packages expire in 4 weeks
Single sessions must be used within 30 days
